Your order is very important to us, which is why we are committed to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all our products.

Since each item is handcrafted by artisans, it requires a certain production time. We will dispatch your product within a week, and you should receive it within 7 business days after dispatch.

We offer free contactless front door delivery to ensure your safety. However, if you need to return a delivered item or cancel a shipped order, relevant fees, such as shipping and handling charges, will be applied. For more details, please refer to the "Returns & Exchanges" section.
If you live in an apartment, high-rise building, metropolitan area, or other unique delivery location, please confirm before placing your order whether the package size fits in the elevator or if a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required. For more details, please see the "Unique Deliveries" section below.

Free shipping is available only within the contiguous United States. Shipping to other countries is not supported.
Free shipping applies to all orders.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers, our team, and the community, we deliver to your door while observing social distancing with zero contact.
Front Door Delivery has been introduced as our default delivery option. This means:
- We will deliver your item(s) to the front door of your house or apartment complex on the scheduled day and time.
- On the delivery day, you will receive a notification approximately 30 minutes before the logistics team arrives.
- No signature is required—the logistics team will simply photograph your order at your doorstep as proof of delivery.
- If you live in a multi-unit apartment building and access is restricted to non-residents, the logistics team will deliver to the closest point to your home that they can safely reach.
Small items will also be sent via courier, free of charge, provided there are no cancellations or returns.

Unboxing and Box Removal
Do not open the vacuum-sealed packaging until you are certain the items are right for you. Without the original packaging, it is not feasible to return or exchange your item.

Restrictions/Limitations
Purchasing and shipping are available only within the 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations, or freight forwarders.
Our return policy is limited to one return or exchange per item per household.

Estimated Delivery Windows
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for our orders. However, we provide delivery estimates based on stock levels and anticipated shipping routes. This information is updated in real-time and can be found on the product page.

To Track Your Order
You can easily track your order on our website by following these steps, or contact us through the channels mentioned above:
- Click the "track your order" button—enter your order tracking number or email address to access the delivery details.
- Click on each package to track their delivery separately.

Please note
- Your order may contain multiple packages, each with a separate tracking number.
- Do not worry, the package name is part of the item in general and not exactly the full and official item name.

Proof of Delivery (POD)
A Proof of Delivery (POD) is not just a receipt of delivery, but a confirmation that the goods have arrived intact. Often, PODs are signed without inspecting the delivery.
We recommend confirming that the shipment was intended for you, that the entire order has been delivered, and that it arrived undamaged.
Any issues not noted before signing the POD will result in Castlery being unable to authorize any damage claims after your driver has left.
Please follow this checklist we have created for you to use before signing the POD at the point of delivery:

- Check all cartons for visible damage.
- Confirm that you have received the correct items as per the POD and delivery order.
- If you purchased the White Glove Service, please wait until all items are unpacked and there is no visible damage to the items before signing off on the POD.
- If there is serious damage to a carton, point it out to the delivery driver.
- If there is damage: Please take photos for documentation.
