Returns & Exchanges
We aim to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us and one of our team members will guide you through the process. All returns and exchanges are subject to our Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds Policy.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. If you insist on cancelling your order or returning the goods, please contact us within 30 days and you will need to pay relevant administrative fees based on the following situations:

1. For products that are in stock and have not yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund of the product's value.
2. For ready-to-ship stocked products, we will attempt to cancel the shipment for you. However, if the item is already en route, it cannot be cancelled, but you can either reject the delivery (please do not open the package upon receipt) or keep it if you change your mind. If you reject the delivery, you will forfeit a shipping and handling fee.
3. For items that have been delivered, you can only return them if they are in their original packaging and condition. You may initiate the return shipping yourself or contact us to arrange it, for which a service fee will be charged.
4. Note that images of gemstone and seed bead bracelets on the website are for reference only. As they are natural products, it is impossible for each item to be exactly the same, but we can guarantee that the quality and appearance of the products will meet the pricing standards.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- In original, undamaged condition
- Disassembled if the item was originally delivered disassembled
- In original packaging
- Returns are not accepted once the plastic seal vacuum packaging is opened due to the rapid oxidation of natural products
- Once you have confirmed the return/cancellation of the order, you will have no further claim to the cancelled product.

Returning Shipping Fee

Please understand that we do not cover the return shipping cost for items with no quality issues.

For example
- Defective products: If you receive a defective product or with some functionality issues, we will cover the return shipping fee.
- If you suddenly do not like the product: We regret that we do not accept this as a reason for return. We suggest you understand as much as you can about the product before placing your order.
- If you have ordered the product repeatedly: We suggest you understand as much as you can about the product before placing your order. If you insist on returning, you must pay for the return shipping fee.

Returns

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is reasonable access for the goods to be delivered. If the goods cannot be delivered due to access issues, the above fees will be charged in addition to the actual cost of delivery and collection of the product.

However, the following items cannot be returned:
- Natural products (seeds, wood)
- Items where the plastic seal vacuum packaging has been opened

If your item is damaged or defective, do not worry, the above practices do not apply. In this case, we will take responsibility and work with you to find the best solution.

Damages

If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 30 days of delivery, we will rectify it. Please contact us via email with the following details:
1. Photos of the entire package and the damaged area (if applicable)
2. Photos of the item(s), in whole and the damaged/defective area
3. Photos of the labels on the package (item label & tracking label)
4. Description of the problem

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair the item, we will arrange a refund or exchange. The refund will be issued back to the same card used to place the order and processed via a refund transaction. We will process the refund within 3 business days, and the refund will be issued to you. Most banks will process the refund within 3-7 business days.

Refund Policy

When will I receive my refund?
When we confirm the cancellation of your order, you will receive a refund within 24 hours. When we receive your return, we will refund you within 3-7 working days upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account from which the funds were originally drawn, i.e., the money will be returned in the same manner it was received.

If you originally paid with a PayPal account balance, you can find the refund immediately in your PayPal account.

If you originally paid with a credit card, please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your bank statement. This mostly depends on how fast your bank processes the credit. Please do not request a chargeback from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve chargeback disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course.
